It is only fair to rate them 5 stars. Data entry is a major part of my business. It had been 3 years now since I have started hiring VA's. Within the 3 years, I had jumped almost 5 companies. It was enough for me so advertised a vacancy for an assistant. One day in the late evening received a call from a VA company again. I was furious with them, for calling me.

Later at night, felt sorry for how I reacted, so decided to call them back, it was 3 am my time in Bridgeport. A guy named Erik received the call.

This was the moment when I was spell-bound, the guy, might have been the one who called, he was so calm and the first thing he asked was am I feeling ok, is everything all right. Am I in some kind of trouble.... and so on.

Then I apologized to them for my behavior we discussed about how and what triggered my mood. I shared with him my experience with other VAs. To everything we discussed, there was not a single statement from the man. On how I will not face such issues with them.

Instead, he said, well, "I understand about your experience and it is such that is bound to happen. All VA's who are working remotely needs a transition time. During this time the process is understood and test runs are made to ensure quality. Within days the processing will start to rise. So, I suggest, that you give them a try one more time, this time please follow these steps."

OH MY GOD! I realized what was the issue. So I thought to myself why not give this guy an opportunity. But he is not for hire, he works for a start-up company in India and have just started their business. Listening to that, I asked for his email and hanged up the call.

I lost confidence as soon as I heard, they are just starting up. Well, few days have passed, I started interviewing candidates for the position. I hired a lady who just graduated. She was doing pretty well from day one. A week after I saw a text from Bizpromit VA service provider. It was them.

I was about to delete the message, but don't know why, visited their site was browsing their services list, and found they offer a free consultation for business process optimization after I subscribe to a paid plan. Keeping my finger crossed I paid 40 dollars for a 5-hour plan.

Sent them a task, explaining my business. I was still waiting for a call, instead, I received an email to notify me that the task was being processed. Thoughts crossed my mind, that how all my hours will be exhausted without any solution.

The next day, I saw an email, it came last night, they have drafted a graphical representation of my current business. Within there a process highlighted in red with a detailed explanation on why that step in my business process draining out funds. Yes, this was done for free, but the solution will cost me 7 hours.

In desperation, added 5 more hours. By the next day evening, there was an email with the tools and the instructions. I took this idea to my fiancé.

Again an OMG! moment, my fiancé jumped outward of his seat in joy. We sat and he appreciated the suggestion and said this will change our lives, let them implement. Yes, they implemented and the process is now streamlined and the improvement is making us more money.

Sorry for sharing a long story, but I think they deserve it. Well done, the team. I would be sending you another such task soon. And thank you again for handling the daily task process. I appreciate the service.
