When my curtains were hung the light shinning through them made them yellow, the material is beige, I complained about this and was told the advisor showed me samples of linings, this is a lie I was not shown any samples or told what colour the lining was. I chose the thermal lining because it was free. At no point did the advisor tell me this lining would alter the colour of the curtains when hung. I am appalled at the customer service experience of Hillarys as they have not taken any responsibility for their mistake. I have wasted £900. on curtains that should have looked amazing. Would not use them again or recommend them.

Had my blinds fit today by a very friendly and polite young man. He was very good, cleaned up after himself and packed my old blinds for me, my only regret is I didn't have my back door window and bathroom done, I've had his card to get in touch when ready to have them done wouldn't think twice about having hillary blind again thank you

I always use Hillarys if possible as I have never had a bad experience and the quality of the curtains and blinds have always been excellent. This time was no exception and Paul, CLIFTON 118726, my adviser provided great customer service, he was fantastic with communication and fitted the curtains perfectly. Thoroughly recommend.
