Ordereded a timing belt kit off this company 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've been ringing them for 2 weeks now and been td they've opened a case but yet no one is getting back to me. I got told last week I would get a refund but no refunded.

Package was located in France and not in Ireland, it took 11days to get that package delivered. Regarding goods don't know yet as Bolk brakes is not known much to me. Micks garage is so far faster and easier car parts online order option for Ireland.
