"Great customer service"

Hi!

Recently I tried to buy a Sparaco pedal set on the online shop.

Didn't get confirmation email so contacted them via chat function on the website.

They responded immediately and I was informed the pedal set is out of stock end expected date for re-stock is about 4 weeks.

I asked refund and got it in like an hour (paypal).

It's unfortunate that the item was out of stock (and their website does not show stock information).

But the customer service was quick and responsive.

"Poor communication and bad service"

I ordered a pair of coilover springs on Wednesday and paid for express, next day delivery. The springs were delivered 5 days later. I understand that the courier is to blame in some cases, however, their lack of response to my enquiries is the frustrating part of this transaction. Two emails have been completely ignored. This is not acceptable.

"Why I chose Rally Nuts"

I needed to buy a helmet, a race suit, and boots and I was down to two providers one being Rally Nuts ("RN").

I contacted RN regarding the items which they then responded promptly and were kind enough to price match the items and offer a discount, which made choosing RN a no brainer!

After 6 months, however, I thought I had experienced an issue with the helmet and I immediately contacted RN seeking their assistance, which they responded promptly and suggested that I return the helmet for their inspection. RN tested the helmet and it was concluded that the issue was the rally car's intercom and not the helmet.

The catch to all of this was that I had less than two weeks until I had to race and without the RN's fast turnaround and efficiency I wouldn't have been able to race!

All in all I am very happy with Rally Nuts exceptional service
and couldn't find a fault with their customer care.

"Not a good experience"

Not a good experience. My wife ordered race boots for me, they didn’t fit, I exchanged them for a cheaper pair. Rallynuts did not refund the price difference. Unfortunately the second pair didn’t fit either. Again I exchanged them and this time Rallynuts refunded a website price rather than the price I had paid and also withheld the VAT on the refund. Still no sign of a refund for the price difference on the first pair. On the third pair, I paid extra for express delivery so that I’d get the boots in time for an event. The boots were to be left in a safe place but this message wasn't passed on to the courier, meaning that the delivery was delayed. Rallynuts refused to refund the express shipping cost.

In my view I’ve been short-changed three times and to a total of £51.29. To their credit they have discussed the issue and since refunded part of this amount (£33.29). However the only explanation given is that I was charged a "restocking fee". There are no details of any "restocking fee" in any of the invoices from them or in the Terms and Conditions on their website. This seems like a made up story to me.

"Fantastic Customer Service"

Ordered two items from here now, both for my boyfriend who is into rally driving. All items on the website are probably the cheapest I've found, and after a delay on one of my orders, the woman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and said she would source my item as soon as possible, came from abroad within less than a week! Couldn't be better, only issue is that the packaging was badly ripped and the bag for the gloves was dirty and scuffed, but I think that's more the courier's fault really. Thank you!
