"Great internal support tool"
We have trialed Vision Helpdesk and are moving forward after our trial. Hands down, Vision has the nicest GUI for the price. Setup requires Zend Optimizer which was a little bit of a headache to get installed but it has been smooth sailing since. I will recommend Vision to any of our partner companies moving foward. It's worth it.
