"The customer service was poor"

The customer service was poor. When I tried to purchase insurance online, the process failed and prompted me to call customer care. When I called, the representative spoke unclearly. I asked him to repeat himself, and he responded with frustration, asking if I had received an email instructing me to call. Without addressing my issue, he forwarded me to another number, where I was left waiting indefinitely. I eventually hung up and attempted the online process again, which this time was successful.

easy renewal and changes to options quick- price is affordable for cover provided - did not like the payment option other than credit card - unusual and difficult to do - just giving a biller and reference would be better

"Delay in issuing renewal policy documents"

Payment could not be made electronically. I had to call and request an invoice to pay. After making the payment straight away on receipt of the invoice confirmation and new policy documents were not sent until 3 weeks later after I received another payment reminder and sent a follow-up email to the Account Executive that sent me the invoice to pay. Unfortunately whilst in the past renewals were an easy and simple process on this occasion time was wasted making a call and following up 3 weeks later etc. Kindly consider fixing the electronic payment method in the future or provide invoices so payment could be made and please ensure policy renewal documents are issued before another payment reminder email is sent out. Thank you.
