Have been using the rosehip capsules for over a year now to alleviate pain in my hand. Doctor said probably arthritis and keep taking the Ibuprofen which I wasn’t keen on. Approached rosehip with a certain amount of scepticism; realised after a fortnight that I was pain free. So it’s either coincidence or they really do work. I can now do all the things that the pain had prevented me from doing - gardening, knitting, sewing, even stirring the contents of a pan!
