There's been no doubt about excellent price from the offset, and so my first order with Custom Boxes World was all about the journey and experience. And I know from previous experiences, that nothing's ever plain-sailing when it comes to intricately customised orders with a new service provider the first time.

We hammered out a few different issues along the way to getting to end result, which took good communications, patience and stalwart commitment from their side. This included issues with getting colours right.

The support provided by their side with graphic design was excellent, and it didn't matter at all to them the number of times I wanted changes made (which was a lot).

In the end, we have an absolutely gorgeous little box that fits very well into the world of beauty / bath / perfume / cosmetics / fragrance etc., that we are very proud to show off and that compliments our products and the quality of them.

My experince with Darren and his team tells me its definitely worth giving them the chance. We are very happy with the end result, and I know for sure, that I'll be placing my repeat order in due course.
