I have been a customer for appx 10 years and this is the first time there was an extreme delay in getting a loan processed through the customer care line. I literally called about 11 times as a returning customer and left a voicemail and no one called back after 2 and a half days! I was only able to get through by calling another customer service line whom they switched me to the loan department! I am normally very satisfied with Cash Factory but this experience was unexpected and disappointing. Thanks for your time!
