I ordered a running jersey from 365Rider on April 5th and received it on April 16th with a clear defect. I immediately contacted customer service with photos and a detailed description, requesting a replacement or refund.
I received no meaningful response for over two weeks, despite multiple follow-up emails. The jersey was meant for a race on April 26th — I couldn’t use it, and it defeated the purpose of my purchase.
Eventually, they replied and asked me to destroy the item and send proof, without first confirming any approval for a refund or replacement. So I’m expected to destroy a product with no guarantee of a resolution? That’s absurd.
This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional:
Zero accountability or customer support.
Over 20 days of delay for a simple warranty issue.
Complete disregard for the customer's needs and time.
Thankfully, I paid via Klarna and have filed a dispute to protect myself as a customer.
I will never order from 365Rider again.

O artigo chegou correctamente, mas com muito atraso. Chegou 5 dias depois da data prevista inicial. Foi encomendado pela manhã mas só foi expedido no final do dia seguinte, apesar de estar em stock.
