I recently inquired about services from Einexpress while doing my due diligence in comparing alternatives. After finding a better rate and faster turnaround provider, I decided to notify the representative at Einexpress to avoid wasting their time. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from professional.

Instead of acknowledging my decision or maintaining a respectful tone, the representative dismissed my choice by saying, "cheaper rates don't mean quality service," and added, "I know you'll come back." This condescending attitude made for an unpleasant interaction and left a negative impression. I wasn’t looking for an argument, just simple courtesy in acknowledging my decision.

Customer service is a critical part of any business, and how a company handles a prospective client exploring options says a lot about their values. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to consider Einexpress for future services and certainly cannot recommend them to others.

Still no news from this company.
I will take the money I paid as sunken cost, and this brand's image is never gonna be good.

For those who are researching about this company, think twice: you may not get your money back, for 100% sure.

I have seen the reply from Filing Express (Formally EIN Express).
My answer is: it's your job to re-contact with me, not me keep sending complaints to your many email addresses and get nothing replied.

It's been a long time, almost one year.
Trust has been lost through.

I will keep updating the progress as I promised.

BTW, I still don't understand why they treat my complaint like this. Reasons may be:
1. My complaint doesn't trouble them enough, and they don't care.
2. They want to revenge, because my complaint has decreased their rate and reputation.

If it's 1, I will try different ways to complain.
If it's 2, and the longer they don't treat my complaint well, the bigger their loss will be.

As a rational business owner, treating customers' complaint sincerely and well is the only best way.

As for 1, for the next step, I may recommend some cheaper ITIN/EIN service agents.

Calbar told me Sina has a license for immigration service.

So my next step would be to complain in IRS.

Sina said they will refund me in January 2024, but now in September 2024, I still haven't received the refund!
