"Server down for over 5 hours"

Server down for over 5 hours. Support impossible to get hold of.

No reponse to tickets, emails, Twitter, Facebook and their phone number does not work.

Would not recommend.

Purchased a windows server 2016 instance , i use it fairly infrequently.

Found the server had been reinstalled with server 2012r2 , unlicensed and my data obviously deleted as a result.

After disputing with their support team they dug their heels in and ultimately suspended and closed my account. I would avoid these guys like the plague.

If you rely heavily on the services you are looking to purchase from these guys I would strongly advise considering your options, i have had a very bad experience here and would have been a lot more upset had i been using it for commercial use.

I am a Chinese user who have a VPS in Britain as you know the connection quality from China to Britain is low and nearly unacceptable, but this is not you fault , due to the special internet environment in China almost all oversea datacentres are not friendly to Chinese users . Fortunately, you datacenter has a good link quality to most other datacenter in the world ,which makes it seems wonderful through a proxy in Hong Kong or Russia .
Your VPS is quite cheap and reliable , I like this kind of seller very much . To be honest a Gbps port VPS in Britain only cost not more than 3 dollars a month make me very pleased.

Site used a means of getting into my email to verify my paypal account and force a subscription, do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE trust this company with anything finacial.
