"They did it all for us"

I have just returned from Indochina having travelled with a small group for a month and all of our arrangements were made with ANP Travel in Saigon. Our guides were great and the accommodation recommendations were perfect for our needs in every place that we visited and everything went like clockwork. We had some meals included in the package and the restaurants were fantastic and we were able to safely eat and enjoy the local cuisine which was a highlight of our trip along with a 7-night cruise on the Mekong River which ANP Travel were able to source at short notice. I would happily use ANP Travel again to see more of this unique part of the world.

We had an amazing 12 day trip to Vietnam in November 2024, and it wouldn't have been possible without ANP travel. Despite it being a last minute trip, they handled everything seamlessly - from transportation to accommodations, guides, and incredible food. every detail was carefully planned, allowing us to simply enjoy our journey stress-free. The professionalism and warmth of their team truly made our trip special. We had a wonderful time with ANP Travel on their Vietnam package tour. The itinerary was well organized and covered diverse destinations, from the Ho Chi Minh City to the serene in North and Lan Ha bay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and offer suggestions. ANP travel is match our demands: a diverse range of destinations, styles, budgets, and experiences with a local touch and they made it over over our expectations. We loved it!

"Vietnam north, middle and south tour for 2 weeks"

Dear Ms. Luong Thuy of ANP Travel

On behalf of the group, I would like to provide some feedback on the tour.

Overall, we enjoyed our holiday in Vietnam and thank you for organising the tour and optional excursions. The food places you arranged were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed 90% of the dishes. Vietnamese cuisine was very pleasing to our taste buds.

The drivers and tour guides were also commendable. Tan, our tour guide from Saigon, stood out for his extensive knowledge and clear explanations of the city, culture, and local customs. We appreciated his thoughtful gesture of presenting us with mangosteens and mangoes, which were delicious on behalf of ANP Travel. He was always professional and friendly. David (Phuoc), tour guide from Hanoi was also excellent, ensuring our needs were met and recommending some great local eateries, including the Bun Cha amongst other excursions in Hanoi.

However, we found the tour guide & driver Tung & Ben from Hoi An & Hue to be less engaging, as he spent less time and in providing advance notice to us compared to the others. We also have a couple of suggestions for improvement:

We were surprised by the morning cycling tour for gardening and cooking activities. While everyone in our group could cycle, we were concerned about what would have happened if someone couldn’t. Although we enjoyed the tour through local villages and rice fields, it would be helpful to have an alternative plan in such cases should any participants can’t cycle.

We would have appreciated an advance warning about the walking tour in Hue after lunch. Some of us were not dressed appropriately for walking in the heat and humidity, which made the experience less comfortable.

Please consider these points as constructive feedback and not as a reflection of poor service.

So beautiful the place, people and the food,

We just spent 3 weeks in Vietnam, Wow ! Wow ! Wow !
Thankyou so much to ANP Travel.
The trip was so organised with site seeing, things to do, awesome accommodation, tour guides, drivers, nice vehicles, etc.
Our trip was a combination of organised and free days, with so many highlights !
We stayed and explored – Ho Chi Minh City, Mui Ne, Da Lat, Can Tho, Ben Tre & Phu Quoc.
Many thanks to Thuy who coordinated the trip with my wife Danielle.
Day 1 to 21 was just perfect, picked up on time, never a hassle, never felt so comfortable after 40 years travelling!

Our tour guides Tan & Hahn were so knowledgeable and such wonderful people.
We can’t wait to return back to Vietnam and explore the northern regions.

"Vietnam Dream Vacation"

We just recently concluded our Vietnam tour with ANP TRAVEL. No doubt, it wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable and informative without our personal guide, Ai Van Nguyen. We were very fortunate in that it was just me and my wife being escorted by our guide for six days. She was so warm hearted with a wealth of knowledge and she went above and beyond what we expected of a normal tour guide. There was a situation where we needed to contact a monk who was giving us a very large quantity of items for us to take home. After a long day of driving from Saigon and touring the Mekong Delta, Van made special arrangements for the monk to meet us at our hotel and to have the items delivered to us. Upon receipt of the items, she coordinated the packaging, labeling and re-boxing of the items for us to take back to the U.S. on the airplane. Without her help, this task would have been nearly impossible.

Being a Vietnam Veteran, this was my first time back here since 1967. Not lost in the irony was that Veterans Day back in the U.S. was being celebrated during this time. Not knowing what to expect, Van gave me a different perspective of that very difficult time back then and showed me the real face of the Vietnamese people. They welcomed us with such warmth and graciousness and showed me a very giving side. Beauty can truly overcome tragedy. I can now scratch this off of my bucket list.

We owe A VERY HUGE THANK YOU to Ai Van Nguyen who helped make this dream vacation a reality. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to be our guide. She was perfect in every respect. If ever the opportunity for you to visit Vietnam arises, I highly recommend ANP TRAVEL and our guide and now our dear friend, Ai Van Nguyen.
