Good prices, great customer service couldn't ask for more

"Flights to Goa, Dec 2024."

Flights to Goa booked and paid for in November 2024. All seemed ok, Then in December (1 week before the flight) I was told than they could no longer provide the flights that had already been paid for, they offered alternative flights with slight changes in dates, not suitable for me as a had a very tight window for travel they then offered me flights to Mumbai but considering I had a holiday booked with other people in Goa this was also not suitable.
Due to this I had to find my own suitable flights which I did and had to pay for them. Holiday in Goa went well. Prior to flying out to Goa I contacted Ezee Flights to request the refund as they could not provide the service that had been paid for. I am still waiting for this refund nearly 4 months later, communication with Ezee Flights has been ok but money has still not been returned, its excuse after excuse and missed deadline after missed deadline. Hopefully I will soon get my money back.
