"They keep canceling my order for an unknown reason. "

Not exactly sure what their problem is but I placed an order FOUR times. FOUR and it keeps getting canceled within a few hours. No explanation other than “Order XXXX was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been refunded.”
I used PayPal and tried two different cards to see if that change. On the third order I selected a different product thinking maybe the other one was out of stock. Why am I wasting my time with your company? Could you at least tell the people what the issue is. I know it’s not a payment issue because both cards are credits with PLENTY available.

I really like ELASTY D filler but it’s so hard to find in the US for a reasonable price, and if you order from the Korean sites you’re gonna pay $40 for shipping which is nuts!
