Yesterday 26th November 2023, I purchased, received email with a Download Link and KEY but Download took a long time and finally said could not complete the Download fully. I tried 3 Times. I thought it was easy but it is not. Support Asst directed me to some extent and finally finished with, that the expert team would come and help today after noon 27.11.2023. Yesterday I was totally disappointed. I am waiting for their expert team. Until the Application installed and seen its impact, how can I give 5 Star at this stage
