There was a minor misunderstanding of how the product is delivered. When you order a product or is by number, but the the amount is actually in pounds. If you order 5 pounds of ground beef it is entirely possible to receive 4 portions, as the overall weight is equal to 5 pounds.

This is not explained on the product page at the moment, but was clarified with a quick phone call.
