"Average"

"Average – acceptable experience but with some friction" is pretty accurate. They made my resume look nice, yes, but their "pay us more money so that we can spam your contact information to the internet for you and also release your information to spam bots from around the globe" idea isn't awesome. They don't *make* you get it so maybe it shouldn't count against them, but they *do* sell it so I supposed it all evens out.

The actual work they did on my resume was good. Probably not worth paying so much for it but, hey, they need to eat as well.

"Good resume but issues with cover letter"

I think the resume they produced was really good. However, the cover letter probably held me back. It was too general and cover letters need to demonstrate specific skills aligned for that particular job requirements. So cover letter should have included a section allowing you to customize it for specific jobs too.
