Here’s how my first experience with this site looked: I placed my order quickly and conveniently via their website. Had to use the help of their support agents a couple of times - very friendly staff, by the way. They dispatched my order in the shortest terms… however, it hasn’t arrived on the expected date - somehow it got lost by the delivery service. I informed ogomed about this issues and, after figuring out all the details, they reshipped it for me for free. So, I am very-very satisfied and will definitely get back to them soon!
