After having a brief phone call with Steve the owner, we arranged to meet at the lock up for me to see if the unit was of suitable size, and yes it was perfect, the biggest point for me is the ease of access and all the security cameras and locks, Steve is a very easy to get on with bloke and nothing was to much trouble for him, I am now renting a great unit in a very good place.
