If I could, I would give Friendly Moves 6 stars. I am very grateful because they went out of their way to make my move completely stress-free. I recommend Marcin and his team to everyone who is facing a complicated move where things can easily not go according to plan. Friendly Moves are very helpful, trustworthy, very well-organised, punctual, efficient, extremely polite, honest and very good at problem-solving. They are flexible and are working very hard to find a solution to the unexpected problems that arise during the move. They are keen to work on a short notice and communicate well, responding to emails and texts very promptly. Marcin is doing everything he can to make the client happy and make the job hassle-free - I really can’t thank him enough as he took such good care of absolutely every aspect of my move, including storage and transport. I will definitely use their services in the future and will recommend them to my friends as well. In my case it was a very friendly move, indeed!

"Friendly Moves to the rescue"

Paul and his team really saved our bacon with our recent house move after we were let down on the day of the move by another firm. As an emergency job they worked so hard, and so long to get us moved from one side of London to the other with 24 hours until we had to be out and hand the keys over. And despite working long hours, and in the pouring rain at times, there was not a word of complaint from the boys. They were quick, efficient and careful, everything you need from movers. And they didn't cost the earth either. I know who I will be calling next time.

Paul was very efficient in his communication prior to the move and on the day the guys' communication was very good in terms of their arrival and how they were packing delicate items etc. They were friendly and polite and worked quickly but carefully. Just as the last time, not only were the men fast and efficient but they were so good humoured and even made moving all of our furniture a pleasant experience! "Moving artworks"

I had to move artworks from one place to another and cannot thank Friendly Moves enough. They took time beforehand to learn about what needed to move. They were very calm, moved the works slowly and tied them into the van carefully. I find moving my work quite stressful and it made a real difference not being rushed and seeing how much care they were taking. I will definitely go back to them when I need to move something again.
