I ordered a jacket on Black Friday & still have not received it. I got the wrong order & contacted your office as soon as I got a chance to open the box. I’ve been working with both Jessica & Jo & trying to get this situation figured out. They both have been trying their best & keeping me in know as to what is going on. But it’s about to be a month & I must say I would really like to get my jacket in time for the holidays!
