this travel agents are big scam, promised to book ticket for two of us. Never received confirmation but instead given booking reference number of Malaysian airlines. we checked on website for booking reference and found booking in our name. Upon payment of about $3k we never got confirmation of ticket and our booking got disappeared from airlines website. Tried to call many times instead of refunding money they wanted our driver licence for address confirmation.. which was another scam. be aware dont trust, book and pay any money to this agents

Es una porqueria de agencia, me estafaron igual que a los demas y no he podido recuperar mi dinero, no se dejen enganar por ellos es mejor comprar los boletos directamente de la aerolinea.

"Scam"

Booked a flight and never received a flight confirmation code. I called the phone number listed and was sent on hold right away. I waited for 15 min then gave up.
I called my CC to charge back.

"Absolute fraud"

Absolute fraud. Booked on 10/5 and they claimed they never processed my booking because the flight was unavailable. I confirmed with the airline that the flight has been available for tickets since my booking. This site is a scam and should be shutdown.

All of these good reviews are lies! I booked my flight just get a called from them claiming it was cancelled! Then i got a rude ass Indian man on the phone who wouldn't transfer me to a manager. I felt like it was a scam to get my information.

SMART FLY HUB - an online ticketing - is really really scam. And kind of frauding .. seriously stay away of this tiickiting website.... at first they give you better price then after 2 days they call you that your flight is canceled or sold out and if you want same ticket you need to pay more money for. Same ticket !!, don’t be trapped by these frauder people.. never never reliable..they tell lie that flight is sold out while you have bought tickets then they ask you more money…wonder why government does not Stop these fraudeurs .?again recommend you never check this frauding website

It went pretty smooth. On the flight we wanted to be on. Had to pay a little extra. But ok with that.

"There are the worse company ever"

There are the worse, after they put their cheap price on the ticket, it will be pending for hours. They call you and said the seats are sold out(lies). If you check on the airline there are plenty of seats available, but if you smart just cancel the ticket once and for all, because they will increase it on you in a price that is triple of the original purchase.
