"Malay Online Course (Business) is great!"

Malay Online Course (Business) is great for those that want to improve their vocabulary! It mostly covers business related phrases but does have others that can be used for daily purposes e.g. travel, renting a taxi, bus and train, etc. The course used native speakers as well that repeated the vocab back to you which I thought was a bonus instead of the usual robot-generated you find online.

"Used Cudoo for ASL, didn't learn much"

I used Cudoo for American Sign Language. I bought the "full course package", which only includes three lessons of ASL alongside one for scuba diving and one for children and toddlers. Those are certain to be useful for some people, but it's not what I needed. When I saw three levels of ASL, I thought I would get a decent grounding, but the lessons are almost exclusively basic vocabulary and hardly any practice understanding more than single signs. There was also basically nothing on ASL grammar, which is distinct from English. I am far from a proficient signer, but I learned hardly anything new. Unfortunately I could not find a place on their website to get in touch with them personally.

"Amharic"

I only took the Amharic course and it's completely useless. not all the words and sentences are actually pronounced so you only see the word written there, but you dont know how to pronounce it. it's cheap, but it's not worthy at all.

"Lebanese Arabic Dialect Course"

I am really enjoying my Lebanese Arabic language course.
It’s mostly a way to learn basic small talk and it definitely helps if you already have a basic knowledge of the Arabic Letters.

It’s easy to skip an entire section if you don’t go to the next continuing lesson but instead click onto the next section after the module exams. This was a complaint that was submitted over the internet in a ‘review’ webpage but it appears to be a misunderstanding because all of the webpages correspond to the lesson plans or outlines of topics.

I am looking forward to learning other Arabic dialects along with the main Arabic courses that get into Arabic writing and classic Arabic.

"Sells what they can't deliver"

In September last year, I had virtual demo session with Cudoo business development & partnership manager to discuss selling online courses for my website.


Months to follow, we sent emails back & forth with queries or clarifications that I had until 2 Nov'21 where I decided to go with white label LMS option there were offering as this suited my needs most & the courses that I was after with a promise to have added courses; be able to change images myself & pricing at no extra added cost for my company.

11 Nov'21 they confirmed receipt of approx USD1000 for Cudoo's partnership program which I paid in £. Again from 18 Nov'21 back & forth account setup emails with their IT guy until I was told is ready to use (I could start selling courses on my own website but linked with theirs). Although some delays, I didn't mind that.

As a reseller I was given a dashboard where I was supposedly be able to change images to my own; set prices anytime; also noticed that some of the main courses I wanted & discussed at the beginning where not available.

After enquiring I was told, the option to edit prices was still under development meaning each time I wanted to change the price I had to email them.

Told not all courses are available to me, this is not what I was told during the demo


Changing images was again not possible from admin dashboard instead I needed to let them know to change. I asked them to but IT guy ignored my emails from then onwards. I emailed the person who did the demo & she came back to say; send images for IT to adjust. I told her (them) to put inclusive pictures on the courses to save us time while they make that Admin option available. For the sake of starting reselling the courses which I couldn't do as it was (still is), I advised again for them to use inclusive images for my target market but I was ignored since Jan to March. I then asked for a full refund as they sell what they don't have but they have ignored my emails.

Very poor service but good when selling what they can't deliver.

You only acknowledge email communications but not the demo over the phone/video where you sell what you can't provide. You have a record of these too.
The fact of the matter remains, you sold me what you couldn't offer. It's incorrect to state you were upfront that images could not be changed - if you were during the demo, you would not have advised that one would be able to change images or unit prices. You only acknowledged that it was not possible after I asked about it when I noticed that I wasn't able to!

You stated you repeatedly asked me to provide images that I wanted - this is again incorrect. I advised you that I will not be sending at least 800 pictures for your team to edit and make my site more diverse instead for them to find inclusive images they already have on their catalogue to avoid delays by sending back & forth emails with images. This did not happen. As again it is/was not what was sold to me. Besides it time consuming each time to send images through and wait for those to be added/edited to the courses, just like the unit prices. Again you sold what you are not able to offer.

You might have created a white label platform and hosted etc but this is not what was sold and agreed both verbal and formally. Hence I declined the 50% refund offered as I was completely sold what you can not provide.
