Only good if nothing goes wrong. Uploaded script, placed order and received fairly fast. Unfortunately, they messed up on the prescription. Extra unfortunate was that I opened a box and did not notice their mistake until I had the contacts in my eyes and noticed that my right eye was blurry?! Contacted customer service and was told ‘yes, we see the prescription and sorry for the mistake’ told to fill out an exchange form and expect a second email with a return label, because only a manager can send the shipping labels. Was informed that there was no way to exchange the opened box, so right eye will be short 1 box. Sigh. Waited… and waited… still no label email. Called customer service again and was told ‘looks like your request is pretty high up in queue so should be soon’ could not even get a guesstimate time. Until finally received a new email from webeyecare only to be provided with the exchange form again!!! Called them up again and asked what’s going on. Again ‘sorry, sorry, sorry’ finally received return shipping label. Made time during lunch break at work to pack and ship the 3 boxes allowed for exchange back to them. According to tracking was delivered the next day around 10am. So was expecting to get the corrected contacts back soon and can finally put up my glasses and switch back to contacts. Again waited… and waited… reached out to customer service again told they cannot see anything and only a manager can handle exchanges, to expect an email with updates. Waiting again. Called back to ask for an expected delivery time so can prepare, especially since there has been a lot of package thieves. Was told ‘they are really backed up with exchanges, so cannot give you an expected time. Expect an email though’ Backed up?!?!?! How many orders did they messed up on? Decided to go back and look up the reviews before ordering from them and noticed that they were all 5 stars and no complaints or any dissatisfied customers, to the point of being unrealistic. Should’ve known better. Just hoping someone gets to my exchange sooner rather then later at this point. Also need to figure out the now short amount of contacts needed for my right eye. 😔 so end of the day as long as they don’t mess up they are not bad but that’s the risk you take hoping they don’t mess up.
Update, Finally got tired of hearing ‘you will receive an email, just wait for the email’ and decided to ask for a manager. (Webeyecare your manager Mark just retained a customer for you) Was on the verge of completely giving up and just taking this as a life experience that if it’s too good to be true it’s probably not. Mark was extremely helpful and understanding. He even helped with my dilemma of the box of contacts I could not return because I opened it, by adding in an extra box. Will definitely use webeyecare again if they have such helpful and empathetic managers. Besides they do have the best prices 😬 Thank you again Mark.

Placed order Jan 15, tracking number says in transit will arrive late. My usps worker did extensive research and said it either is a fake tracking number or not sent out yet. Will never order from this company again. Called customer service, with no help.

"Beyond Frustrated !!!"
I am beyond frustrated with this company! I ordered my contacts back on October, found out that my prescription was a custom order and placed on backorder. I have not been able to get any answers as to why I still have not received my order. 2 months have gone by and I still don't have my order which I paid in full for Last I heard was someone was checking with the warehouse but I haven't heard anything back since. I need a refund so I can go to a reputable company and reorder. I need my contacts !

I wish I could give no star review. This website is horrible. I placed an order on 12/04/2022. I found out it's back ordered on 12/12. I called the customer service and someone told me they will ship my order on 12/13 with expedited shipping. On 12/13, I called again and the customer service told me they can't ship now because the product is back ordered. But its website show the product is in stock. This is really unacceptable. About 10 days after placing order, I didn't receive any email to notify me about back orders (I checked inbox and spam!) and the company held my money. Horrible company tried to fool customers!!!

I was able to talk to a live agent over the phone. My order was processed accurately and received in a timely fashion. This was a much better experience than what I had with a different online company.

"low prices for a terrible experience"
Fast shipping and low prices, however I received a lot of defective contacts in my order. A lot of my contacts (more so the left ones than the right) were pretty blurry when I'd wear them. At least 2 weeks worth of contacts (so far). After taking a closer look, I realized they were defective. A lot of my daily contacts came out of the package with scratches on them. According to Webeyecare's policy, I have to send 85 lenses out of the 90 back to them to see if they're deemed defective, and even if I did get refunded, it would only be store credit which I wouldn't want to order from here again anyways. Also, I don't even have the 85 lenses to send them because I started noticing this a month into using the product. It's a useless policy if you ask me.
