"Sloppy and slow"

I placed an order for contact lenses with WebEyeCare because they seemed to have the lowest prices, but unfortunately their operation is so poorly run that I don't think I'll order from them again.
My initial order didn't ship until 5 days after I placed it, and arrived 12 days after the order was placed.
When I opened the box I saw that it was not my order. The quantity, type and prescription were all different than what I had ordered. I informed WebEyeCare immediately, and 2 days later they responded with an RMA code. They refused to ship my correct order until I returned the incorrect order, though it was their error.
I sent the incorrect order back and informed them that it was on the way. They didn't respond, but a week later they shipped out the replacement order, and I finally received it today--a full month after the initial order.
I can forgive the initial mistake, but the bad experiences added up. Each interaction with them took days to turn around, and they didn't seem to think it was a problem to delay my order until I corrected their mistake by sending back the incorrect merchandise. I don't recommend ordering from WebEyeCare if you need your lenses any time soon.

I ordered contact lenses. Send me wrong brand name wrong AXIS and DIA of both eyes!. And they weren't responsible for return shipping. Customer services were so bad. Do not buy with them. I go with another company, opticontacts, no wrong contact lenses anymore.

Coupon code did not work I received from text message for $20 off. Price per box was about $70. I found a shopping link for about $45 per box. Obviously a great deal however when I added them to my cart there was a processing fee for over $50. The higher priced boxes did not have this fee for the very same contacts. Very deceptive business practices and I did not order from them. Don’t waste your time like I did, order elsewhere.
