"They Cancelled my order without telling me after I asked HOW to cancel"

I waited for the product for over a week to find out that they cancelled my order after I asked them via chat HOW to cancel my order IF I wanted to.
According to them the only way to re-open it was to call them.
The least they could do was to call me.

Besides that they charge an extra fee called "processing fee" that we only see it in the end of the purchase IF we go to confirm the final price.
Very bad first experience.

Pricing was the best out there. I had a couple hiccups with communication but was able to get it relatively easily & my order was filled & shipped within a reasonable amount of time. The processing fee for each box of contacts is slightly higher than what I feels is acceptable but overall the costs are better than others.
