"Stay away from iBlue"
Stay away from iBlue.eu (and probably .uk as well).
Had to pay for licences although devices purchased 7 years ago license free. After being threatened that devices would be blocked in their system and because I didn't want to get rid of the devices, I've decided to pay for the (discounted) licences.
After making payment I never received any licence or download link for the new (?) iBlue app. Also not a single reply anymore on my several emails where they replied very fast before purchasing the licences.
In the past they were reliable but looks like they aren't anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the iBlue product. One of the biggest issues is that they removed the iPhone app, which has effectively made the product unusable for me. This is especially frustrating because the app was available when I made my purchase, and it was one of the main reasons I chose iBlue.
On top of that, they are now asking for payment just to use the product. It feels like I'm being forced to incur additional costs even though I already bought the device. I find it unfair that they are charging extra fees just to access basic functionalities.
I feel that iBlue did not live up to its promises, and the product has fallen far short of the experience and convenience I expected. If you are considering buying this product as an iPhone user, I strongly recommend that you thoroughly research the current situation beforehand, as you might end up feeling as disappointed as I am.
I hope the company addresses these issues soon and offers a solution to those who are affected by this situation.

Purchased Ibue product (smart garage opener) from offical seller at a cost of EUR269. Product no longer works. Iblue Support now tell me I have to buy a licence of £115 as my original licence has expired. There was no mention of having to purchase a licence when the original product was purchased - anyway why would it need a licence if it operates off bluetooth to/from my phone as there is no interaction with their cloud based server! A replacement item costs £100 + VAT and includes a life time warrently - which is cheaper than purchasing a new licence. Go figure.
DO NOT BUY IBLUE PRODUCTS.

I want to share my experience with iBlue, a company that I strongly advise against doing business with. In my situation, not only did I pay for their services and never receive any purchase documents, but my money is gone with no services provided, and I couldn't get any support or contact person to address my concerns. Please be cautious and avoid making payments to this company, as they lack professionalism and reliability in their operations, and it seems that once they have your money, it may be gone for good.

iblue.eu have deactivated my device (iBlue car immobilizer)
My only solution is to buy a new licence £79+vat

Unfortunately, iblue.uk is not our official reseller and has sold products without our permission. He bought them from us for testing.
In such cases, our system suspends the operation of the products due to the lack of a license.
There are 2 solutions for such a case. Purchasing a server license, thus making the product official. Or ordering a new product that comes with a lifetime license.

Never got it working in the end and discovered that there was nobody that covers my area for installation. The UK provider seemed to be part time, evening one-man and his dog. Initial comms seemed good at first .....

I'm still waiting for delivery of my n° 40116 order dated October 15th. Iblue informs me on November 20th the delivery at the beginning of December. It's now January 16th, no more news. What is certain is that the money is no longer in my account !

This is a friend of iblue uk and just been told that are being targeted for bad reviews and they being posted on here so all bad reviews are fake and will be reported to Trust Pilot Thanks From a Good Friend of iBlue UK This company works professionally and sends out all orders next day delivery 😀 the bad reviewer goes on to say if you hire me I will not give bad reviews the cheak of some people... So iBlue UK and all our loyal customers please ignore all bad reviews we will get this cleaned up soon 👍
