"Fraud "

K. Staniszewski is a scam artist! I reached out to him because of the claims on his website stating: "WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY MONEY UPFRONT OR IF WE CANNOT RECOVER YOUR REFUND." I was looking for ways to reduce my taxes or obtain a refund. However, he merely filed a simple Certificate of Error. There is no guarantee that I will receive a refund, and Mr. Staniszewski billed me UPFRONT for $350. He even escalated the matter to his collection attorney, who found the case to be without merit and rejected it..! LOL Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this man!
I will also be filing a complaint against him with the Office of the Illinois Attorney General.

At the time i am writing this the owner is 17 years old and still in high school. when i refused to do business with them, i was threatened on the phone that he would seize any tax money for the next 20 years.

Stay away, obviously a scam.
