Bought for a Christmas gift in mid Nov. Sadly when it was unwrapped, it was impossible to put together. Despite being over 30 days since purchase, a courier was sent to pick up the item and a replacement, which was perfect, was sent the next day. Sometimes, when things don't go perfectly, you get a better idea of what the company is about and the customer service and the final product couldn't have been better. Thank you

Very satisfied with toddler steps and the previously purchased pickler and slide. Both well made and delivered efficiently. My toddler loves climbing up the pickler and sliding down also adored the steps in the kitchen. Would recommend this company and would buy from them again.

"Great products and great service"

Great products and great service. We recently purchased both the learning tower and the tea party table set. Our 16 month old loves them.
Tower: perfect height for our counters which are probably at the higher end of the standard range, allowing her to 'help' with meal preparation, washing her own hands, or even just having a snack up at counter height with us. Might go without saying, but she does still need to be kept under a close eye or she can easily step back and lose her footing.
The the table set is perfect. At first we thought the chair looked really tiny, but it is perfect for a toddler to be able to easily sit in (without having to 'climb in') and she loves the independence it gives her to get up and down from the table as she pleases.
After some consideration, we got the lacquered (natural) version in both which was worth the extra: these items get a lot of use and therefore a LOT of wipe-downs are needed (I'd be kicking myself now if I'd gone for the untreated version)
