"Our Chilean Adventure"

With a few vague ideas, we stumbled upon Nick by a chance internet search. Thank goodness we did! With infinite patience and expert knowledge, Nick put together a perfect itinerary for our trip understanding how we like to travel and explore new places. Even the most mundane and trivial question was answered promptly. The holiday exceeded all our (exceedingly high!) expectations, everything was taken care of before we even knew it. When trying to organise a once in a lifetime holiday to the Amazon and Pantanals in Brazil, I realised very quickly that I did not have the knowledge or expertise necessary to co-ordinate all the logistics of various flights, transfers etc. It was purely by chance that I found Nick using an internet search and I am so glad I did. Nick managed to translate our vague wishes into a magical, amazing holiday and we could not have done it without him. From the very first contact, he answered all our emails and phone calls promptly and was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and infinitely patient, even when he probably thought my queries were very trifling. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick and we will certainly use him again should we ever be lucky enough to be able to revisit South America.

Impeccable organisation, everything happened as planned, the hotels/lodges were fantastic and we had a fabulous time. We had a couple of minor queries whilst away and Nick was always available to help.

Nick organize the Amazon and pantanal and brasilia. Not only the communication, the organization was impeccable, but his advice previous. He suggested a place in the pantanal called cayman, it is very expensive but Nick truly recommended it. I have travelled extensively and never seen a place that spectacular, we also saw 3 jaguars. He is helping this year with another trip in the north east and hd is giving excellent advice on the best value for money and seasonality. Also he clearly has a keen eye for quality and luxury so if you look for the best of Brazil he is your man

"Chilean adventure for 8"

Our Chilean adventure was booked for April 2020, and then a little pandemic happened. Nick and The SA Specialists rode COVID wave after wave with us, rebooking and un-booking until we finally got to go on our adventure last month (4/23). Nick put together a fantastic trip for our group of 8, and we can't sing his praises enough. Can't wait to book through them again.
