I attended a Social Media Cafe session on 'Social Media Strategy for 2018' in December and it was brilliant. Esther's straightforward and open approach makes everything she says really easy to understand, with a cup of tea and a piece of cake. The course material was very comprehensive and I worked through all of it soon after. It helped me get a much better understanding of my social media needs, approach and why doing it in the first place. As a result I have a year plan, I monitor and understand my audience for each platform. Thank you Esther!

They always say 'ask a busy person'. When I'd heard Esther speak about her Online Media Works recently, I dared to ask her if she would help us with a brand new charity Christmas card project - time being of the essence. She stepped up to the mark, and well over it, by making herself available at the earliest opportunity. Just at present we're awaiting the results of our first press release, neatly crafted by Esther, but I'm confident that her words, mingled with our own ideas, will work a treat this Halloween, and in the days to come.
