"Pure junk!!"

Pure junk!!! I used to own cellular accessory stores back in the early 2000's - this POS cost about .20 cents to make. Thin plastic and a rip off.

"Avoid this company"

I placed an order with this company, on 29th November. I paid for the items, expecting to receive an order number or order confirmation. This never arrived.

I have tried to work with the owners, by providing all the necessary details to track the order, and they still claim that they can't find the order.

Avoid this company, as the customer support and response time is shocking.

To receive your reply 8 weeks + after my order was placed, is somewhat poor service.

If you are serious about customer service, you will need to work on the following:

1. Sort out your website so it doesn't come up with the scam warning

2. Improve the customer experience, particularly the way you handle and respond to questions and complaints.

"Delivery without all items, no contact with support."

I've ordered both a phone case (value of USD 39.95) and a phone charger stand for the car (value of USD 59.94). Delivery times were O.K, but only the case arrived. I contacted the delivery service in my country and they explain they only had that one package to deliver to me, and to contact the seller.

I've now sent an email and submitted three messages in their support queue, with absolutely no response. Stay away from this company.

Update (12/09/24): Been contacted about the missing item, they wanted a picture of the package received. I don't have a picture of the missing package, and I've sent a picture of the actual item received but no more contact now after a week of waiting. This seems to be a total worthless site. Support seems to be non-existent.

Update (3/1/25): No more contact after replying to their customer service about the packages, I've also asked for more information but at this time they have stopped writing back to me. So basically we've lost about 600 NOK in this purchase.

Update (14/1/25): Updated the email thread with the company, with the email that was mentioned here, will update with progress.

TL;DR: Stay away from this company, basically thieves.

I ordered a Samsung folding 4 cover they responded they can't find my order or payment and yet money has gone off my account .

I accepted the text solicitation for an additional car dash charger. I did not realize that the phone case that I bought from them would not fit. I expect that they knew that it was not compatible. The return window was 7 days. That's outrageous!

"Extremely poor quality "

For the price, it's junk quality. The first time item came with broken hinges. When phone is opened and stand clip opened to make it stand, the clip pops out. Useless!!

They sent me another piece, but the stand clip still pops out.

I give up!! PLEASE DON'T GET CONNED! It's a complete waste of money and time.

"Possible Scammers"

I purchased a cover in April 2024.

I waited at least a month to follow up on the delivery.

Eventually I received a reply and I was told that the courier could not find the address even though I receive parcels from couriers almost daily.

Tracking the parcel also shows that it was never collected.

I was informed that another case will be sent, but I never received a new tracking number and the original package still hasn't been collected.

At the time of writing, in August, I have still not received it.

For the past two months I'm being ignored and my request for a refund is also being ignored.

"Horrible quality"

Horrible quality. The adhesive fell off the front cover before I was able to even put it on. The ergonomics of the case if awful. It's difficult to touch the volume and power button. It took a month for delivery and they charged $49! I am beyond aggravated.

"Shocking quality"

Shocking quality , included "pen" is a piece of plastic with a rubber nib, useless.

Case is flimsy and the plastic that covers the screen makes it so unresponsive
Gold colour ? No more like copper. Overall scam feeling

Not worth 20 euro let alone 60 avoid at all costs

Honestly waste of time , money and effort. Absolute cash grab

I received an email telling me my order was delivered but to my surprise no package was found anywhere and no package was delivered or received by me.
Please where is the package and which carrier was the update given from?
