I came to see Mr.Amaresh for my deepest depression which no medicine can help me to cure it. Amaresh helped me with miraculous techniques that helped me overcome severe depression. Truly the best Yogi! I am glad I found him. Currently I am happily following regular Yoga classes with him at the Texas ashram. Much recommendd!

I observed many changes in my face after one week of continuous practice,first of all the dark circles started reducing with the massage and the neck lines too started reducing,the cheek muscles got tightened.I thank ms Donosha for imparting her best knowledge to us.also I would like to join the next batch as well.

Donisha was so accommodating to our time differences and ailments that we had during the course of our sessions. She took her time with us as beginners and explained everything we were doing, in great detail. Although sometimes the virtual classes had a lot of background noise due to her running the classes from her home, she made sure that we could understand and hear everything she was asking us to do. My group felt the benefits of “stretching” just after a month and we’ll definitely be back if we’re able to find the time.

As an Accountant facing daily challenges in a busy sedentary life style the time I spend during face yoga sessions with Ms. Dhonisha is really relaxing and boosting our inner soul. Eventhough I didn't take the marathon continuously for 21 days I feel my skin is tightening and started reducing a little day by day.
I personally recommend Ms. Donisha to people who wishes to join and do yoga sessions in a friendly environment. During class hours I learned new things but I never felt I was in a class she conducted the sessions in such a friendly way and explanations are realistic and adoptable.

My husband and I been practicing yoga with Amaresh since last year 2020. Always quality yoga and meditation sessions. Due to covid, we were practicing outdoor in a beautiful park near our house. But now Amaresh use to visit our place to have the classes until he opens the studio. Very well mannered personality and a great instructor! Highly recommended!
