Her lovely manner and caring attitude has made all the difference, she kept in touch every day and when my parcel arrived, it's perfect!! My chain for something I wear around my neck broke and so I went online to find a replacement. I found this company, but couldn't find any external customer reviews of their service.
Anyhoo, I took the risk and I'm really pleased I did. I ordered a new chain on the Sunday, and on Monday morning received a lovely email with a nice 'personal touch' to inform me that my item was being posted.
My new chain arrived on the Tuesday which needless to say I'm really happy with, but it's the service that blew me away - outstanding!!
If you're looking for jewellery on the net, and you wish to deal with 'real people' and not some huge, faceless organisation then please, give these guys a try because they're awesome.
