Excellent customer service/assistance with a recent order that was shipped with a non valid address...(my mistake)....still awaiting its delivery..hopefully today! 12/12/20....Becker did all they could from their end in advising steps to insure successful delivery..They are keeping an "eye" on the tracking too!!.....and I feel comfortable that should the package not arrive at its destination, Becker will continue to stay involved until we reach a happy conclusion...This was not my first order with BB Becker...great product made even better...by a company that cares about customer satisfaction...Lisa Johnson
