I ordered two pairs of jeans a week before Christmas, but unfortunately, my size was not available in one pair, I was contacted immediately and offered a longer leg with premium tailoring down to my size, free of charge. I received my first pair before Christmas and the altered pair just after Christmas. Very refreshing to deal with a company that keeps you informed of your order and does what they say. Great service along with good pricing. Will use again.

I ordered some jeans for Christmas, but unfortunately due to high demand my size was not available, I was contacted right away and offered a longer leg tailored down to my size free of charge and I received my order quickly and before Christmas even though only had a week from order. Great well informed service along with good pricing. Will use again.

"Above and beyond"

I’d ordered trousers and returned them for an exchange and a different waist size. Unfortunately they only had a long leg in the other waist size but offered to tailor them to regular for free, or refund me as the tailored trousers wouldn’t be returnable.
Up to that point ordering was easy, and good communication around delivery and returns, so the added personable emails and tailoring went above and beyond. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy here in future.
And the tailored Lee chinos are great and fit well.

My husband struggled to get jeans short enough. Now he has his Levi’s and wranglers from buy jeans.
We pay for the tailored hemming, at £16 it is well worth it.
Buy jeans keep us up to date with our order and delivery time is excellent
