Wanted to place an order. Had a question. Sent several e-mails and tried to make a phone call. No response. Very disappointed because I liked the wording on the announcements I wanted.

This company is a scam, do not spend your money. I waited a month for an order. They never responded to multiple emails. Their phone is a fake phone tree with NO extensions and NO names in the directory.

"Order placed December 22"
Order placed December 22, 2019, proof received and approved on December 23, 2019. Today is January 6, 2020 and have not received, nor heard from this company. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I paid to rush this order and again, nothing. My party is January 18th and wanted to get them out in the mail. Again, no response, so I'll have to look elsewhere for general type invitations. Worst company ever!!!! $110 for nothing. Can't call because you need an extension to get through the automated answering system.

"Expensive and terrible customer service"
I ordered up 30 invitations from this company. Received them 4 days later than promised. I paid an additional $60 to have them rushed. When contacted, the "manager" argues with me. She tells me it isn't her fault. She was rude, argumentative, and wouldn't let me speak to anyone higher up than her. It took them over 24 hours to just return my call. On top of that, they never even sent me an order confirmation or tracking info. I would not suggest dealing with this company. They are terrible!

Took family photos in November and ordered my holiday cards from Invitation Box. Well, it's January and we haven't received the order. I didn't have Christmas cards this year because my order didn't show up. Tried to contact the business multiple times and received no response.

"No stars...awful!!!"
Ordered my Christmas cards in November after a long photo shoot with my young daughters. Weeks later no response by phone, email or facebook message. Finally get a response promising cards will be here today (12/20) and they of course are a no show. I get an email saying they will be here on christmas eve....no thank you. Waste of time, effort and money. What a disappointing company and holiday tradition for my family. Awful!!!

"Haven't received order"
Ordered Xmas cards 11/25 with groupon voucher. Their site says to order by 12/2 for delivery before Christmas. It's 12/19 and I haven't received the cards. Will never use them again and will let everyone I know how crappy they are. They don't answer their phone and their auto reply on email says they will respond in 5 business days!!! There are not 5 business days left before Christmas! Wish I had read reviews online before ordering. Terrible reviews all around.

Bought a groupon and ordered the cards right away. Almost 3 weeks later, still no cards. Called their customer service and nobody answers, they just direct you to live chat. Go to live chat and nobody is available to speak to you. All correspondence has to be done through email which never resulted in a reply. After calling for probably the 20th time, I finally reached a LIVE person. She said only 2 people work in customer service. If they can't handle the volume groupon provides then they should never have offered a groupon to begin with. Now it's less than 2 weeks and I'm stuck without cards. Cards- that were ordered back in mid-November! Seriously disappointed with this company. Back to "Simply to Impress" I go....

"Superb stamps!!"
I bought two wonderful customized self-inking stamps from Invitation Box via an excellent deal from Amazon Local. It took a little longer than advertised for them to arrive, but I've still given 5 stars for the quality of the stamps, and also the very fast and helpful customer service when I emailed to check how long it would take to receive them.
