"Delivered on time and at a good price"

The insulation product as ordered was competitively priced and delivered as promised on the day as indicated. Communications was excellent as was all the paperwork. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful, mind you a cup of tea helped.

1 man show, acting as a middle person between trade and retail client. Not able to deliver and misleading. Order placed and not even delivered. Awaiting full refund and now pursuing now under small claims court. Order placed in March 2021 - still no updates from Director - Pawel. Avoid/Avoid/Avoid.

Do not take notice of all the positive fake reviews that talk about fast delivery’s
The only thing They are fast at is taking your cash.
Once they have your cash thats the last you will hear from them.
It is a fake company set up to steal your cash.
I’ve got a court order against them but they will probably close and vanish before the bailfs move in.

Excellent range of insulation products at competitive prices. I know supplies are difficult at the moment but I was kept informed of changes to my delivery date. My order was delivered on the date I was told, the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful and the goods were well packaged with no damage. Overall a very positive experience which came as a pleasant surprise after my experience with another supplier who not only failed to deliver my order but I had to resort to my bank to get a refund. Suffice to say my future orders for insulation will be placed with Insulation Cart.

"Not sure I will ever get my money back"

Ordered £700 of insulation in mid April as the website claimed to have stock at a reasonable price.
A couple of days later I went back to the site to follow up and get a delivery time. The website was completely frozen with a notice saying the shop was closed due to coronavirus until 15th May. There was literally no way to interact with the site - just a greyed out page with a notice. I emailed to ask for a refund.
Come 16th May the site has the same style notice saying the site is being rebuilt and won't be ready till 1st June.
I do not believe the reviews on trustpilot posted between mid April 2021 and now. They must be fake. This company is likely a scam. I don't know how I will get my money back.

I am a domestic customer, not trade, and wanted a single sheet of Celotex insulation. From my first contact all at Insulation Cart were extremely helpful and efficient. I was on a very tight deadline, but the team made everything happen very quickly.
The delivery was also very efficient.
I would recommend this company for product range, advice, service and value for money.
