I was not getting my subscriptions in the mail like normal, and could not find out why. I reached out to CHOQ and let them know that I wasn't getting them. Lyric and Taylor both reached back out to me to see what they could do. They sent me a new subscription and had it rushed so I did not get further behind on my vitality staq! THEY ARE JUST GREAT PEOPLE, DOING GREAT BUSINESS, and I appriciate that.

They quickly confirmed my new address and got it shipped out immediately to make sure I got everything. Great customer service. I’ve had other issues in the past where packages never came and I reached out and not only got what I ordered, but additional supplements to try as well for no charge.

Lauren helped me understand the products better and which ones I may like the most based on my age, lifestyle, etc. She got my account set up the way that was more comfortable because I don't want monthly shipments but would rather order once or twice a year since the shipping is $10 each time. She also added on my free bonus product that I forgot to ask about a couple months ago when I made my first order.
Lauren spent a ton of time on the phone with me and I told her I felt bad taking so much time sifting through things, but she was super nice & friendly about everything and happy to help!
