Fast delivery. I love the printed catalogues sent to me by mail once a year. They made me trust this company, and so when you recommended plant-food, I followed your advise and bought from you as opposed to from Home Depot.

We’ve purchased in the past and the roses are superb. We had one problem out of 7 previous roses and they replaced with no argument. Just ordered 3 more and all look great on arrival. Only suggestion for improvement would be for more communication on shipping to allow customer to modify shipping date to ensure roses arrive at convenient time.
