Canada Post messed up and delivered my order a bit late due to "verification of address" but that wasn't the company's fault- it was addressed correctly and clearly- just usual Canada Post "service." I recently ordered some foils from sparkle supplies and recieved them within a couple of days. I then received a second delivery as they had sent me the wrong item and I wasn't aware.
The suppliers had realised the error on their part and rectified it
