All is great until something goes wrong.

Placed and order for 40 disposable vapes with this company for over £100.

Sent them an email saying they sent me 4 rechargeable vapes instead worth £27.

Instead of replying to my email they WhatsApp me with no instruction and typing in capitals. Then with no permission to do so they call me. Very abruptly and denying they sent the wrong items.

Finally they admitted it was their mistake. I offer to pay for the 3 vapes with discount because of their mistake. They only gave £3 discount.

Was told my original order was being sent last week. Waited to pay until I got my tracking number and I'm still waiting.

Meanwhile they have had my £75 in their account for 3 weeks.

Worst customer service ever.
