⭐ 1-Star Review: No Progress, No Communication – Feeling Scammed

I used TrademarkTok to file two trademark applications (Order #S2504041538 and #S2504045896 ) and renew a trademark (Order #RN0404263 ) on April 4th, 2025.

Despite paying upfront, I have received:

Zero updates on my applications.

No responses to inquiries.

No progress shown on their portal.

It’s been weeks with no communication, and I’m now questioning whether this is a legitimate service or a scam. If there’s a delay, they should at least inform customers proactively.

Avoid until they prove otherwise—I regret trusting them with my trademarks and will escalate this legally if unresolved.

I felt reassured it was a real person on the other end and my specific trademark issue was being addressed. On top of this, she looked online for "use of trademark' and found it, prior to my needing to sent material. I was impressed. This is the service I will use from now on.
