Absolutely world class customer service and a top quality product installed by a great bunch of lads who were professional, precise and friendly, they installed the system EXACTLY how I wanted it.
Honestly cannot fault KCD electrical at all and would recommend them to anyone who needs solar panels.

"CAUTION!! HAD A NEW INSTALLATION 3 MONTHS AGO"

HAD A NEW INSTALLATION 3 MONTHS AGO, INITIAL INSTALLATION ISSUES WHICH TO BE FAIR WERE RESOLVED PROMPTLY ALTHOUGH I WITH HELD FINAL PAYMENT WHICH MIGHT HAVE HELPED MY CAUSE. I HAD TO CHASE FOR THE MCS CERTIFICATION TO START THE PROCESS OF ORGANISING FEEDIN WITH ENERGY SUPPLIER. JUST FOUND THAT G98/G99 DOCS HAD NOT BEEN SENT TO THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR THEM TO SEND ME A DNO LETTER WHICH APPARENTLY I NEED TO DO THIS. HAVE CHASED TRES, WHO ARE INVOLVED WITH KCD, WHO INSTALLED MY SYSTEM BUT STILL AWAIT THEIR RESPONSE SO NOW I AM DEALING DIRECT WITH THE DNO (DISTRIBUTION NETWORK) A LOAD OF MALARKY TO QUOTE TV ADD. JUST DON'T FEEL TO HAVE HAD PROPER SUPPORT WITH THIS ASPECT OF IT ALL.

"Very high speed response"

KCD had taken over responsibility for our Solar system a year ago after replacing a storage battery problem supplied by a different company. This was the first time a new problem had arisen. Reported yesterday and two engineers visited today and thoroughly checked the whole system. Fault caused by cut-out on mains supply to solar system , so no fault in solar system as such, but fault quickly identified and remedied Confirmed excellence of KCD service

The initial visit was exceptional, everything was explained very clearly and with no pressure to buy. Had already researched Voltage Optimisers and was offered an excellent deal. They fitted equipment where we wanted it and carried out all work efficiently and the minimum of mess or disturbance. Engineers explained everything clearly, were both very pleasant. Will be recommending them to friends and family..!!

We had issues with our solar system since we had a battery put in. After kcdelectricals came out to look at it. It has been finally sorted. Cannot thank the team enough. Everyone one of them polite also leaving no mess behind. If your wanting a solar panel system or an upgrade this is the company to go with. I cannot praise them enough.
