I needed some help building confidence while extracting business requirements from clients. Alistair was great in helping me out with my physical presentation, putting an agenda together, using words that got the client involved and essentially built up a whole new skill set for me. I never thought it would be possible but I actually look forward to these sessions with clients now instead of fearing them.

Such a pleasure to both watch/listen to 'the best' and engage the learning directly into our presentations. If it was my choice, I'd make his course mandatory for... everyone :)
