"Excellent and friendly service"

I ordered a few items for my cloakroom including a basin, unit, WC etc. I was worried about the delivery but they were so helpful and kept me updated every step of the way (it arrived in two days). Also, the delivery driver called me an hour before delivery to make sure I was in.

The tap I chose for the basin didn't quite look right with the basin so I phoned One Stop Bathrooms who were very understanding and they arranged for a courier to swap it for another tap at no extra charge! It now looks perfect!

The customer service was second to none and I would recommend them to anyone.
