Doesn't keep its promises. 1 hour delivery seems a bit like a scam. I cancelled my order after 1 hour without anything happening.

I rarely write reviews for any of my online purchases- unless the service and delivery are out of this world or incredibly terrible.

I have many local stores that sell vape liquids near me- 5-minute walk, in fact, however, they are of poor quality and taste like absolute crap.
I needed liquid asap so had a little look online and found Clouder. Not only was there a supplier near me that delivered in 1 hour but the vape liquids are ones I love. I placed an order at 12.56pm, received an email confirmation, but was still dubious as delivery only charged me £5,99 for 1-hour delivery which seemed too good to be true.
10 minutes later I received an email stating it had been shipped. Still dubious.
At 13.45 the delivery bike arrived and I have my liquids!
I was so pleasantly surprised that I am writing this straight away.

I will continue to use this company and service. It is excellent.
