"Bad experience from the start"

Bad experience from the start. I was a complete novice at running my accounts when I started and needed guidance. The salesman I first spoke to was very good and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. The 3 accountants later assigned to me (seemingly very high turnover) spoke very poor English and couldn't give me any guidance. Christ, they could barely give me a response to my emails, let alone guide me. I have no idea if anything they've done for me is correct. I've changed accountants now but even asking them to do my Final accounts and close down my account with them for handover took 2 months and they still haven't sent me final TB and PL details. Overpriced and Cant wait to finally be rid of them.

"Disaster"

Disaster. I have ended up with £400 in penalties because of this inept firm.

I was led to believe I would be getting a personal service with an advisor that would understand my slightly complicated case. NO CHANCE. Communication was appalling, finding someone to talk to was non-existent. Offices in the UK? Nope, it's all outsourced.

I sought advise from another accountant because I worried about the lack of awareness they seemed to express about my situation. I was right to do so. I should have filed several months ago and now face large penalties. Disgraceful. Unprofessional. Don't go near them.
