"Not quite as advertised... "
The on-lilne booking system suggests you buy a glass of champagne, which sounds like a lovely thing to do whilst walking around the rooms.
However, the reality is that they do not allow drinks into the gallery, so you have to queue in the coffee shop and then down it first before going in... a bit of a con.
Don't miss the room off of the cafe. It is easily done.
It is very good for kids, but not as immersive as expected. Not so good for adults if you want to avoid kids!

"Safer to book through a ticket agent. "
My daughter booked tickets direct from the venue for June this year. She is now having to have surgery and has been given the same date. She asked the venue to change the date for her visit but was told NO. She then asked for a refund. Again NO. If she had booked through an external ticket agent she would have got a refund..Be warned.

"The magic of art - a joy!"
Superb. An incredible engaging art and music exhibition that brings the joy of art to all ages. I have visited three times and never disappointed

"They charge a handling fee to take your money!"
Far, far too expensive. £91 for me, my wife and young daughter. And this included a handling fee. Yes, really! I was charged a handling fee so they could take my money off me. (I paid by card, so they didn't actually need to handle any actual money).
The show was fine. Four halls, one was impressive - but I did feel scammed. £10 would have been fair, £15 expensive, but £33 per person (with a handling fee added on) was poor value.

"Nice day out but could be better."
Nice day out but could be better.
I enjoyed the experience and for the price it was worth it but, I have had enough of going to such places and there are so many kids running around. It completely ruins the experience. There needs to be adult only slots as not everyone in the world wants to attend a children’s day out. It’s like parents just want to get kids out of their own hair and we have to suffer.
I’d possibly go again but avoid a weekend and hope it’s not a playground.

"Huge disappointment!"
Recently I received two Timeout Gift Vouchers for myself and my friend to go to Frameless. On the day we were booked to go my friend's little one year old son became sick and we couldn't go the exhibition. We were very disappointed as we both had been wanting to attend Frameless for a long time. Due to no refund or exchange policy, and due to unaffordability, we know we won't be able to go to the exhibition. We were also very disappointed that due consideration has not been given to those who are genuinely not able to attend.

"Really cool use of projectors and…"
Really cool use of projectors and sounds to create a fully immersive experience. There are 4 rooms in total, each showing about 20-25minute story where famous art and images come to live through animation and visual effects. Very cool and i would definitely recommend it.

"Frameless places you in the midst of…"
Frameless places you in the midst of stunning interpretations of many masterworks, such as Rembrandt’s Christ in the Storm. Kudos to the creative masterminds and content teams for bringing this together!

"They still haven't refunded our tickets…"
They still haven't refunded our tickets even if they refused us entry due to our luggage. Still waiting for them to even respond to my email.
